Life today is not identical how it was before. In the old days, people ate foods that are very good for their health. They ate foods that do not incorporate chemicals, preservatives, fabricated colors, and artificial flavors. Like it or not, now we tend to be convinced of whatever we are exposed to in the media and in advertisements. in other cases, we fool our own selves into thinking certain foods or trends are healthy because the media overemphasize the benefits.

But emerging nutrition science research, as well as data collected from people in their 90s and beyond, shows what, when, and how we eat has a profound influence on how long we live. As nutrition mean that as a society we all follow the same diet fads, glorifying some foods over others in the quest for better health. People like to have juices made from the original fruits and vegetables along with the use of different nuts, dry fruits and seeds, because do not reduce the amount of fiber and vitamins exist in juices. 2. Yogurt
